Parrikar allotted portfolios after RSS sanction: Shantaram

 Goa Pradesh Congress Committee President Shantaram Naik has alleged that Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar is ruling the state as per the diktat of RSS.

 Shantaram Naik also said that the state and the country was ruled by men with affiliations to the RSS right from the president of the country Ramnath Kovind to the BJP President Amit Shah 

 The Congress also attacked the BJP for kidnapping the memory of Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Vallabhai Patel and trying o make it their own.
