MGP to stake claim if it wins 12, to take Cong or BJP support

Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party has decided to stake claim to form the next government even if it wins 12 seats.

Instead of supporting any national party, party president Dipak Dhawalikar said it would form the government by taking support one of the national parties.

Dhawalikar however is still not sure how many seats the MGP would win.

But they have decided not to support any government but to form its own government of regional parties, led by the MGP.

He is however still not clear whose support to take – the Congress or the BJP. For that, he is waiting for the results on 11th of March.
