Mayem should have only ‘local’ candidate: Shet

Speaker Anant Shet has finally spoken over the uncertainity of his Mayem seat. He has insisted that the candidate should be local and not an outsider.
The two-time MLA of Mayem is still not sure whether he will get the BJP ticket for the third time.
The matter has reached the Parliamentary Board with the name of another contender – Congressman Pravin Zantye.But Anant Shet has still not decided what step to take if he doesn’t get the party ticket.
