Lucky 7 still unlucky for Miramar beach

But is it going to be berthed in the Mandovi for an underwater inspection or is it going to be pulled out to sea?   

On Saturday, the captain of ports is going to officially open the channel for navigation.

At least now hopefully the monstrosity will be towed away after almost two months being grounded on the beach.

It was supposed to have been shifted immediately. And the chief minister Manohar Parrikar had promised to personally intervene as soon as the code of conduct was lifted.

The code was lifted some 15 days back. But the owners who are responsible for the boat grounding are still struggling to shift it out.

And their attitude has also not changed.
