Is North Goa PDA bifurcation in interests of state? : Congress

The Congress party said that the bifurcation of the North Goa PDAS was not in the overall interest of the state.
GPCC president Shantaram speaking to the media on Monday asked whether the state could afford such a move and said that the chief minister Manohar Parrikar would only agree to such a move if it had political ramifications.
