Introduce Common Cadre for all Municipal employees: Elvis

Convener of Aam Aadmi Party and former Director of Municipal Administration Elvis Gomes has said that the government should now consider constituting a common cadre for all the Municipal employees in the state.

 He says even the recruitment process should be purely on basis of merit.

The AAP leader says the common cadre for all such employees of the Municipalities is need of the hour and it should be formulated soon.

Elvis also says political interference in matters of Municipalities should be avoided by the Municipal Councils.
