I may not be, but Panaji powerful enough to defeat Parrikar: Girish

He says Parrikar is definitely a much bigger leader than him, but also definitely not bigger than Ponjjekar. He filed his nomination on Friday. 

Friday was the day of Congress. Girish in Panaji and Roy Naik in Valpoi filed their nominations, accompanied by Congress leaders.

It included  Congress Goa in-charge Dr A Chellakumar, GPCC President Shantaram Naik and Ravi Naik accompanying his son in Valpoi.

Shantaram predicts that the government would fall on its own if Congress wins both the seats.
