The Bharatiya Janata Party fielding its candidate in Velim instead of supporting independent MLA Banjamin Silva has raised eyebrows everywhere.
Some people even allege that it’s a conspiracy between the Congress and the BJP to get Fillip Neri Rodrigues elected.
The BJP has fielded Vinay Tari as its candidate in Velim for the first time rather than continuing its support to independent MLA Benjamin Silva, who supported the BJP government for the last five years. Everyone has his own interpretation of this development. Benjamin, Vinay Tari and a third person also.
