Govt sub-contracts are awarded to BJP & RSS cadres: Shantaram

Shantaram also said that the government should first rehabilitate slum-dwellers in Panaji before going ahead with the smart city project.

GPCC president Shantaram Naik has alleged that the subcontracts were being  invariably awarded to RSS and BJP cadres.

Shantaram also questioned as to why the Education Policy of the union government has not been finalized as yet.
