Goa will see GST benefit in 4 months: Parrikar

Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has said that the Goods and Services Tax Act will be a game changer if the transition from the old regime to the new one is a smooth one.
He also said that the benefits will become apparent within two to four months.
The chief minister was speaking after a presentation on GST by retired chief commissioner of Customs and Central Excise P K Mohanty at a hotel in Panaji.
The chief minister also said that he is thinking of forming teams at district level to help people to fill in forms for GST payers.
