GF Jayesh is BJP Michael’s man in Saligao to make Parrikar CM: Agnelo

Congress Candidate from Saligao Constituency Agnel Fernandes has called Goa-Forward Saligao Candidate Jayesh Salgaokar being fielded by Calangute BJPCandidate Michael Lobo so as to garner support for getting Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar back as CM in Goa

Agnel said that since there was a tussel between Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar and Michael Lobo, both BJP candidates had a different choice for CM post where in Dilip was in support of Laxmikant Parsekar to be back as CM and Michael was trying hard to get Parrikar back to Goa from Delhi

BJP spokesperson Pramod Sawant the decision regarding BJP’s new CM would be taken by the Parliamentary Board of Delhi, not the Goa MLAs. But no matter who would be the CM, he says the person would be a Goan, may be presently based in Delhi.

Meanwhile Vice President of Nationalist Congress Party Devanand Naik joined the Congress Party and offered his support to Congress Saligao Candidate Agnelo Fernandes in Saligao Constituency
