Fatorda Police station inaugurated, Aires files first complaint against Vijai

The crime rate in Madgao was on rise and thus Government along with the Police department thought of dividing the workload by making a new police station in Fatorda.
And interestingly the very first complaint was filed against local MLA Vijai Sardesai by activist Aires Rodrigues.
Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar along with TCP Minister the local MLA Vijai Sardesai inaugurated the Police station in Fatorda on the auspicious occasion of Dassro on Saturday in presence of DGP Dr Muktesh Chander and DIG Vimal Gupta.
CM Parrikar informed why this police station was a necessity.
Interestingly the very first complaint in this Police station was filed immediately on Saturday itself by activist Aires Rodrigues against local MLA Vijai Sardesai.
Aires has complained regarding the alleged involvement of minister Vijai in the distribution of government plots in Verna.
