Cong promises free petrol for students, no Agro land sale to non-Goans

The Congress manifesto is out. It focuses on the youth. Five litres of free petrol for the students every month and a sports education university



The Congress will also scrap the PDAs and amend the existing Regional Plan 2021. It would also move out the floating casinos and stop non-Goans from buying agricultural and tenancy land. 

The manifesto was released at the hands of young Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia. GPCCPresident Luizinho Faleiro, Rajya Sabha MPShantaram Naik, Opposition Leader Pratapsingh Rane and other leaders were also present at the function held in Panaji on Monday.
