Caitu to file defamation against Valanka as Centre says he is Indian, not Portuguese

Benaulim MLA Caitu D’Silva has decided to file a defamation case against Valanka Alemao, and John Fernandes

He announced this after union home ministry passed an order that he is not a Portuguese citizen.

Caitu alleged that the case filed by Valanka and John against him had affected thousands of Goans who had registered their births in Portugal.
