Betki Khandola Panchayat polls results lead to 'Cofusao'!

Confusion prevailed over the results of Betki Khandola panchayat results, as local MLA and Minister Govind Gaude posed with six elected panch members in the morning after the panchayat results were announced, but by evening former Priol MLA Deepak Dhavalikar claimed that these 6 are his people and belonged to panel backed by the MGP.

Results of 9 member Betki Khandola Panchayat were declared on Sunday.

Local MLA Govind Gaude met the victorious panchas and greeted them on their victory. 6 out of the 9 panchas were seen with the minister during his visit.

However former Priol MLA and president of the MG Party Deepak Dhavalikar who was defeated by Gaude in the recently held assembly election seemed unhappy with his workers and supporters posing for photographs with MLA Govind Gaude.

He claims that 6 out of 9 winners are MG party supported individuals and 3 are with BJP.

Dhavalikar tried to sort the confusion by asking the new panch elects over telephone with whom they were.

Dhavalikar also spoke to panch elect Kanak Sawant over telephone whom he claims to be his supporter.
