Babush-headed Taleigao PDA is a bribery racket: Shivsena

 Shv Sena says Parrikar had promised Babush PDA charge if he withdrew from Panaji bye poll.

  Shiv Sena says if indeed a third PDA is created and Babush is put in its charge, it would amount to bribery.

The party opposes the bifurcation of North Goa Planning and Development Authority on grounds that it would be a fulfillment of a deal.
