Babush factor will increase the margin, my victory was certain: Parrikar

Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar is not willing to give total credit to Babush Monseratte for his predicted victory.
He says Babush joining Goa Forward will increase his margin. But his victory was never in doubt.
He filed nomination for the Panaji by-poll on Wednesday.
Parrikar was accompanied by former Panaji MLA Sidharth Kunkolienkar as well as former chief minister Laxmikant Parsekar when he went to Mamlatdar office to file his nomination.
He also opened his election office later. Before that Parrikar visited Mahalaxmi temple to seek blessings.
He also addressed his workers outside the temple. The by-election is on 23rd August.
