AAP challenges CM to give free hand to ACB to proceed with CDM Smith bribery cases

Aam Aadmi Party in Goa has challenged Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar to give a free hand to Anti-Corruption Branch to proceed with the CDM Smith bribery allegations.



AAP has filed a case with the ACB over the allegations.

AAP general secretary Pradeep Padgaokar stated that in 2001,  Manohar Parrikar had filed cases against then ministers  Mauvin Godinho , Dayanand Narvekar and Somnath Zuwarkar but there was no logical conclusion.

AAP wants Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, former chief minister Laxmikant Parsekar, former chief minister Digambar Kamat, PWD minister  Ramkrishna Dhavlikar and former PWD minister Churchill Alemao named in the FIR AAP has filed with ACB on the 15th of this month.
