Shantaram says government’s start-up policy is a non-starter

President of Goa Pradesh Congress Committee Shantaram Naik has questioned the government on the need for formulating a startup policy in Goa.
He said there already exists a national startup policy that has failed to take off.
Shantaram raised questions over startup policy. he asked whether the government has signed an MOU with financial institutions and banks.
He also asked whether the government will acquire 20,000 square metres of land for startups.
He said websites of
government departs are not un to date.
