The villagers of Pale in Bicholim taluka are suffering because of the bad condition of roads in the village.

Some roads have not been tarred for decades, while others are in pathetic shape.

Commuters are put through major inconvenience as they move around on these internal roads in this mining affected village.

The internal roads in the village are in a bad shape. Vehicles can’t even move without falling into a pothole.

Some of the roads are untarred and full of holes.

These roads are nothing but an invitation for accidents to happen since roads are filled with water and riders find it difficult to maneuver around them.

The local panchas say these roads have not been repaired by the concerned authorities despite all the follow-up for the past so many years.

Some panchas say it’s because of the disputes between the local bhatkar and the Govt authorities, that the road has remained incomplete for many years now.

This road leading to the only school in the village is also incomplete and uneven.

Students are facing problems as their school buses break down every day.
