Stranded train passengers bemoan the absence of help desk at Margao

But worst of all there was chaos in absence of a help desk at the station as the stranded passengers did not know when they would be able to continue on their journey.  

The stranded passengers narrated their tale of woes as there was no communication regarding the arrival of any other train going to Mumbai.
