The Shopkeepers and vendors in Mapusa market have demanded immediate removal of the No entry board in the Mapusa market area.

They say the traffic police are harassing the general public who has to go through the tedious process taking a long turn to enter the market.

This is the entry point of Mapusa market. The shopkeepers say this No entry board near the Menezes Pharmacy is no less than nuisance to general public.

However people are still entering the road as it is convenient for them in a way. Shopkeepers have also complained that the footfall in Market in their shops has decreased because of this no entry board.
