Ponda MLA inspects swimming pool leakages

Water leakages found in the pool.

Local MLA Ravi Naik said that this work will be repaired and completed within a month.

Local MLA Ravi Naik along with Sports Authority of Goa officials and PWD conducted an inspection with this regards.

Sports Authority Engineer Deepak Lotlikar said that at least one lakh litre filtered water is required to fill up the tank per day, however, with leakages the swimming Pool tank is dried up and due to which hundreds of children and swimmers can’t learn and practices swimming are forced to go at Madgao Swimming Complex. 

Ravi said that other development and repair works will also be conducted at the sports complex.
