Kadmba shuttle pass holders suffer due to long queues, no buses

Passengers preferred shuttle service of Kadamba because it is a non-stop travel from one city to another

But the long wait in the queue is becoming the biggest irritation for the travellers at peak hours.

TheKTC authorities however deny the charge that the delay is because they are short of buses.

Kadamba started monthly pass system for the regular travellers so that they don’t have to stand in a queue to buy daily tickets.

But they have to now stand in a queue of pass holders for hours together at Panaji bus stand because there is no enough number of buses. Besides daily office goers, student is another community which is suffering the most due to this mismanagement.

But KTC General Manager Sanjay Ghatge refuses the charge of mismanagement. It has till now issued 40 thousand passes.

The largest number among the pass holders are 3300 government servants and 3000 students.

Ghatge claims that buses don’t reach in time because of the traffic congestion. They have enough number of buses.
