Inquiry under way into raid on wheat carrying vehicle

Civil Supplies Minister Govind Gawade said investigation into the raid conducted at Ponda on the vehicles carrying wheat is on and that the department is simultaneously collecting more information in this regard.

He said the department has  decided to  reduce the kerosene quota to encourage  the LPG usage in the country.

  Govind was speaking  to the media   on the sidelines of the  workshop on atrocities  and  educational  guidance  for  students belonging  to scheduled caste and scheduled tribes. 

He  said  students  need to take  keen interest in  carrying forward their goals.

 Govind said the department has  decided to  reduce the kerosene quota to encourage  LPG usage as per union government suggestion.
