Electricity Dept asked to be more people-friendly

Vasco MLA Carlos Almeida spoke to the media after a meeting called to discuss problems faced by the electricity consumers in the port town.

According to locals, Vasco needs more transformers and the electricity carrying cables too have been damaged and need repairs urgently.
