Transfer of 11 instructors at Farmagudi ITI has upset students. They have boycotted their classes demanding that unless the instructors are brought back they will not attend the classes. This agitation has been going on for the past 4 days.

Students said that this is not the time to transfer the instructors as the semester had begun two months back. They have also given a letter to the Principal and Director of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship about the same.

But Principal Rajesh Lolayekar says it’s been just two months and students have more than four months left for the term. He also assured that the utmost care would be taken to maintain the quality of training.
