Mormugao garbage will be treated within 3 months

Eco Pro Environment Services has been appointed to treat 60, 0000 tonnes of garbage by Goa State Urban Development Agency.

That too in the next 3 months.

Presently the whole Sada plant is full of garbage as the same has been untreated for the last 15 years.

It has been releasing leachate directly into the sea and the foul smell has been nauseating locals besides it being a health hazard.
