15-year old Culvert collapses in Vasco

15 year old culvert at Daktolem in Vasco collapsed on Monday morning. Local councilor has assured that he will get a new temporary bridge within a week to avoid problems for the regular commuters.

This culvert was very old and was used by the locals specially the school going children.

They used this culvert to go for school as it was a shortcut. Some locals even said that this culvert was in a bad condition.

Locals have stated that after this culvert getting damaged this has lead to a big problem in commuting from one side to another.
