Don’t try to recreate Delhi in Goa, Vijai warns investors

The minister says that the decision to appoint three different chief town planners was to handle three key areas of town and country planning department.

Minister Vijai Sardesai had assured the house that he would make the TCP department more responsible and accountable.

The Minister on Thursday highlighted how he plans to change the structure of the department for proper planning and execution of the regional plan.

He also said that by means of rampant construction and developments the non-Goan investors and real estate players are spoiling the Goan specific architectural heritage.
