If Goa does not want them, projects will be shifted to Maharashtra: Gadkari

The union minister Nitin Gadkari said that if Goans did not want any development projects in the state including coal transportation or transportation of iron ore then those projects would be shifted to neighboring Maharashtra.



He said that dredging would also start as soon as they go the go ahead from the environment ministry. 

The Union minister was talking to reporters after a two day review meeting at which were present port heads, organizing organizations and various affiliated department to discuss on policies, or problems faced at any of the ongoing development projects.
