Cross Examination of witnesses underway at Mhadei Tribunal

The cross examination in the matter of Mhadei Water took place on Friday at the Mhadei Water Disputes Triubunal in Delhi.
Water Resources Minister Vinod Palyekar has expressed confidence that the matter would end up in favour of Goa.
The WRD Minister and Senior Counsel of Goa in the Mhadei matter, Adv. Atmaram Nadkarni were personally present in Delhi for the cross examination along with officials and the legal team along with Advocate General Dattaprasad Lawande.
The further cross examination will continue on Monday 18 September.
