CM Parrikar inaugurates

You can now send in your grievances regarding any matter of the administrative practices online on www.goaonline.gov.in

Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar inaugurated the online Public Grievance Redressal System on Friday.

Anyone can login after one time registration on the portal and lodge his\her complaint about a particular official or any particular department.

In case the complainant is not aware of the department, the complaint will be handled by Public Grievance Department.

Government is also aiming to incorporate certain more services including cashless digital payments in the same portal under the Digital India initiative.
