Women & Child Development to go for a revamp: Rane

Thus the Goa government is looking forward to set up a monitoring committee for the Directorate of Women and Child Development.

Health Minister Vishwajit Rane says this committee of experts is needed to revamp the department.

The Minister also said several experts in the field including several professors will come on board to help in this process.

Rane said the change is needed badly as the department has remained neglected for several years.
