Vasco RTO in dire need of major makeover

Vasco people are fed up of the existing RTO office. It has neither a lift to climb up nor enough space to accommodate the increasing number of visitors. People want the office to be shifted as early as possible.

The number of vehicles in the state is increasing and so are the visitors. But the Regional Transport Office in Vasco has remained the same. 

There is no enough parking space for vehicles. The office is full of files and furniture. No space for the visitors even to stand properly.

Government has decided to shift the office to Baina.

But the work there is still not over. PWD Assistant Engineer A D Nagarghi has assured to shift the office by next month.
