Train engine catches fire at Cansaulim

Passengers of Howrah bound Amravati Express train almost skipped a beat when they witnessed a traumatic situation as the engine of the train caught fire on the move at Cansaulim on Sunday morning.

Fire officials rushed to the spot and got the fire under control.

As per information, some passengers had witnessed some abnormal smoke from the engine of this train which left Vasco in the morning at New Vaddem-Shantinagar area immediately after departure.

This engine further caught fire at Cansaulim where the train was stopped for a while.

Fire Brigade and the Railway personnel in a joint operation doused off the fire.
