Quelossim Panchayat struggling

They are forced to not only share the office of the Cortalim Village Panchayat but are operating from an open space.  

This has upset not only the Quelossim panchas but the villagers too.

Till the Quelossim village gets its own office the villagers are forced to travel to Cortalim for their work.

The parish priest of Quelossim church has allotted a plot of land for the panchayat but the BDO is yet to give orders to shift the office and recruit staff.

Quelossim Sarpanch Maria Colaco said that on several occasions she had requested the BDO office to issue orders for shifting the office but to no avail.
