Mauvin said that after the proposal for the development of Chiclaim SAG ground for which tenders would be issued shortly as it has been decided to develop New Vaddem ground which is in bad shape.

Since they cannot lay grass on this ground at New Vaddem, it is been decided to take up leveling work with mud.

During the inspection, the officials got suggestions from the locals and directions have been given to the Sports Department officials to prepare an estimate for overall development of the New Vaddem ground including a proposal to illuminate the ground on priority.
