MPT directs to transport coal at night, but opposition continues

But Goa against Coal has condemned the secret plans of the MPT to use Goa to transport coal.

MPT Chairman Jeyakumar addressed media persons after presenting awards to the best performing agencies for 2016-17 and presenting performance report of the port.

He said that the MPT contemplating measures to reduce the hardships faced by the citizens because of the movement of trucks to and from Mormugao Port.
