KTC Monthly bus pass scheme to close by Nov end

03 Nov 2017 09:43 PM

From December 1 all the commuters travelling by Kadamba will have to pay full fare. This is because the validity of the popular monthly pass for its services will end in November.

This was started 5 years back and now the government is planning on doing away with this popular scheme.

The Kadamba Transport Corporation says that they would be willing to continue the service, provided the government gives it directions.

The KTC is the government funded autonomous transport corporation that has inter and intra city transport.

Now the government is planning on doing away with the popular pass system on its intercity services. KTC chairman says that if the government gives direction to the corporation it will implement the same.
