Goans to have opportunity to listen to Nobel laureates

Goans will have a great opportunity to listen to Nobel Award laureates. Government of Goa has signed Trilateral Memorandum of Understanding with Nobel Media and Department of Biotechnology of India to host the second edition of Nobel Prize Series.



 The programme will begin from 1stof February at various venues including Kala Academy.

 Goa is set to host the second edition of Nobel Prize Series in February. The venues are still not finalized, but the event should happen at KAalaAcdemy, Ravindra Bhavan to name a few.

The state Government signed a MoU withDr K. VijayRaghavan from The Ministry of Science and Technology and MattiasFyrenius, CEO of Nobel Media in the presence Chief minister Manohar Parrikar in Panjim on Wednesday.

The program will consist of exhibitions, conferences, lectures and a chance for students to interact with Nobel Laureates.
