GIPARD organizes training programme for newly elected panchas

The induction programme for newly elected Panchayat representatives from South Goa was organized by the Goa Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development on Friday.
The newly elected panch members were sensitized of their responsibilities and duties in case of various administrative proceedings.
GIPARD in association with the Directorate of Panchayat had organised this special training for the panchas regarding aspects of their duties as per the Panchayat Raj Act.
It was attended by the newly elected panchas in majority and some other old panchas too.
