Efforts on to sort out problems in cable TV service

Problems faced by viewers of cable TV service are likely to be resolved soon.



North Goa Collector Nila Mohanan had convened a meeting with the representative of multi-system operator along with local cable operators at her office in Panaji on Thursday to discuss the matter.

Consumers have been complaining about poor service of cable operators. Consumers are not able to watch some local channels.   Local cable operators along with NGO Goa CAN  had submitted a memorandum to the District Collector over the poor signals from the MSO. The MSO has changed with FDI Sonali withdrawing from the business and handing over the same to Karnataka-based Bhima Riddhi Digital Services.  Convenor of GoaCAN Roland Martins said they have asked the MSO representative

Convenor of GoaCAN Roland Martins said they have asked the MSO representative to put together a roadmap to gain the confidence of the consumers. 

The representative of Bhima Riddhi Digital Service has assured to sort out the problems. He said the local cable operators are not honest with their payments.
