Disrupted beef supply from Karnataka to Goa normalised

According to Margaoites there was a shortage of beef for Holy Spirit feast on Sunday.

This was due to disruption of supplies from Karnataka at Ramnagar.

Beef has been an issue since the central government passed a notification banning the sale of cattle.

There have also been a lot of cow vigilantism with killings in others parts of the country, especially UP.
