Dialgon Telaulim villagers threaten ‘rasta roko’ for underpass

They have opposed the proposed level crossing on this junction.

The Western By-pass crosses through Navelim constituency at three places, namely Saipem lake area till Sinqetim, Telaulim and at this very junction which joins Dialgon to Koldem.

Locals from this area fear that there may be increase in road accidents if the roads intersect at level crossing.

Thus they have demanded an alternate solution immediately.

Local MLA Luizinho Faleiro along with PWD officials inspected the ongoing work on Friday.

They have also demanded that four locals who have lost their houses due to construction of the western by-pass should be compensated and rehabilitated before Christmas this year.
