Bus conductors beat each other over passengers

Police said that they would write to Assistant Director of Regional Transport Office Vasco seeking the cancellation of the route permits issued to both the buses. 

According to the Vasco police, the incident happened near Regina Mundi bus stop at Chicalim. 

The incident was reported after a conductor of bus on Vasco-Bogmalo route, Khaja Adam Badshah who is a 21-year-old and resident of Birla, Zuarinagar and the driver of bus on Vasco-Margao route bus, Ashok Subhash Sangiri  26 years old and a resident of Katem, Baina entered into an argument over passengers near Regina Mundi bus stop at Chicalim.  

Vasco PI Nolasco Raposo said that they have arrested both the accused under section 151 of IPC and would also write to RTO officials to cancel the permits issued to the buses.
