Bicholim council says No to plastic, distributes cloth bags

The government is to ban plastic bags. In a bid to create awareness among the locals, the Bicholim Municipal Council held a cloth bags distribution program at Bicholim market on Friday.
The chairperson of the Bicholim Municipal Council Satish Gaonkar said that the body will take action against plastic users.
