Authentic mushrooms hit the market, prices soar

 The local mushrooms are available at almost every market, street corner and a public place.

The naturally growing local mushroom are seasonal vegetables that are available only in the monsoon season.

Currently, the mushrooms are seen in all market places.

The local mushrooms grow mostly  molehills and anthills in rural areas. 

Goans collect them from forest areas. 

One of the vendors stated that these mushrooms are a bit expensive but are very healthy and tasty too.

These are also fresh and contain no preservatives.
