After Ponda, now Madgao students beat up a peer, threaten a lady

A group of school students pulled out another from a school bus. And when the bus attendant tried to stop them, even she was threatened with naked threat – you want to go to the police? Go ahead, do what you can.

This was the scene on Friday morning at an Aquem School as soon as the school ended in the afternoon.

A group of boys from a neighbouring school backed by outside muscle pulled out a school boy from the school bus and hammered him over some inter school rivalry.

They beat up another school mate who dared interfere as well as the female school attendant. Yesterday a college going student had knifed his senior in Farmagudi. Fortunately the boy is out of danger.

This shows that the law and order situation could possibly be spiraling out of control as there seems to be no fear of the law or of the police.
