Banks to remain closed on Aug 22 to protest mergers, privatization

And all India Bank strike has been called on the 22nd of August to protest against plans to merge and privatise banks.
Union Leader Subash Naik George said that the strike call was given by 5 employees unions and 4 officers unions and all banks would remain closed for one day.
